Listen, I’ve been going to the gym on a regular basis for quite a while. Well I took a break for a while and I just simply felt like doing something different.

Not that I was completely out of shape, I was just getting bored with the same old routine at the gym.

I live in a small town in the mountains of Utah, and there’s two gyms here competing for business. I happen to have a membership at both. One has a pool while the other one is state of the art. During the holidays I like to take a break and spend some more time with my kids. I do love playing with my children, they are awesome.

So anyway I got a little bit out of shape during my break and I started combing the internet for a program I could do at home. I found it. I found the one program that was made for me and it’s P90X.

I went ahead and spent the coin for the program, read the book, read the menu, made a decision and abracadabra I’m into my second week. I’m excited about the program and I can totally feel the results. I also found some weak spots that I didn’t know that I had.

This program is not about only building muscle, it’s about getting ripped and into the best shape of your life. It takes something, it takes a commitment.

You don’t need a lot of equipment, some dumbbells or some B-lines and bands, a pull up bar, a plyometrics (yoga high impact) mat, and maybe some push up bars. Pretty simple.

The workouts are awesome and I can totally feel and see the difference. Incredible

    The legs and back workout still gets me and I've done it for almost 6 months now. I am always sore for a day or two but I guess that's a good thing. Are you a Beachbody Coach? I don't see anywhere on your site saying you are. To learn more go to MyHealthyFitLife.com. You get discounts on the products and can even earn some money. I like doing it as it keeps me accountable to working out. Feel free to contact me about it. Stick with P90X. I went from doing 2 total pull ups with legs and back to 82 at the end of 90 days. Bring it!
  • Not a coach... i have too many things in the fire now and I have to focus on them... I love the workout as it is totally different than the traditional weight lifting that I'm used to. This first month was a little shaky and I still can't get into some of those positions in the yoga, and I'm just having fun with it. Peace and stay iin touch my friend.

    The biggest benefit of becoming a "Coach" is the 25% off of all the products, at least that's what I use it for. You don't really need to "coach" anyone if you don't want to. If you use any of Beachbody's supplements it pays for itself.

    I just finished up round 2 and there are still some Yoga moves I can't do. Specifically the "standing splits" move where you stand on one leg in various positions for about 3 minutes straight - impossible!

    I'm in bro! I'm a week behind you in the program but I'm gonna kick your butt because I have NitroFX on my side. The only natural nitric oxide booster I know that is approved for all athletic associations, even the olympic committee. After a week I already feel my pants fitting looser and my shirts fitting tighter in the shoulders and arms.
